In case you missed it, I'm working at a Moroccan based startup xHub. And because we're an "open minded startup", we try our best to share our daily life in xhub, knowledge and some tips and tricks from our internal business in order to educate the market, and show how the enterprise culture should be in a startup.
At the end of each year, the board of the company presents the sum-up of the year, achievements and the new year resolutions in a special way.
Back to 2017
Before the Brand Employer Director and our CIO speech, there were a presentation by our lead developers Mohammed Aboullaite about "Effective Devops !" related to the Devops culture by presenting a batter way for teams to work.
Also it was an opportunity for everyone in xHub to wish each other a happy new year, and tell what we think about each other using the Sugar cubes.
2018 Resolutions and barbecue
This year was a bit different, a barbecue party in our terrace, where everyone participated to make it happen in a collaborative way ! Thanks to our CIO for guidelines and the support.
The party was fallowed by a presentation where everyone had a clear idea about 2017 achievements, new xHub hierarchy and 2018 vision and resolutions (Sorry can't give you more details :( ).
And of course, there nothing better to finish the day with than a dance with xTalents, a way to keep up the positive energy and vibes ;)
